IT Training Overview
Organisations have searched for the means to best achieve their organisational
objectives. As a result, the use of computers and its appropriate software
systems in any organisations should be a valuable tool to reduce the workload of
staff. However, it can be a burden
as staff may not be skilled up properly on using the software system.
That is why training is important to both the organisation
and staff. In the past, decision
makers have overlooked the impact of employee confidence as a component in
achieving organisational success. Devastating demands and requirements of
computer technology are likely to erode one’s confidence to perform as well as
any desire to undertake any computer-related activities.
With proper steps taken, training can educate staff on the use of
computers and software systems to its full potential, thus promoting
self-confidence in their work-practice as well as increasing of work efficiency
within the organisation.
